School Meals
At Ivybridge Primary School we run our own kitchen which enables us to provide tasty, freshly cooked, nutritious meals for all of our pupils.
All of our meals are cooked from scratch each day, our meals do not contain processed foods; we have regular deliveries of fresh food from our greengrocer, butcher and fishmonger. Each day there is a meat, Halal or vegetarian option for pupils to choose from as well as freshly cooked bread and a salad bar. For pudding there is always a homemade dessert, fresh fruit or yogurt to choose from.
Our well trained, experienced kitchen staff are able to cater for individual dietary needs (for medical reasons), if you have any questions about our meals please come and talk to us.
All pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal each day. Currently pupils in KS2 can also receive free meals, as the London Mayor is subsidising school meals.
